Is there any difference in the program during the “free trial period” and after purchasing the subscription?

NO, there is no difference. The program during the “free trial period” and after purchasing any subscription is exactly the same; it has the same features and functionalities. It is not a “different trial version”. We do this so that users can try the program with all its features and functionalities, without any limitations, allowing them to see if it is exactly what they need and if it fits their needs properly.

How to purchase the Quick3DPlan subscription?

After the free 7-day trial period, you can purchase a subscription to the program for a period of: 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months.
To do this, click on the “Store” option within the “Projects” tab in the program. A window will appear where you should select the subscription time, then click on “Buy“. The program will close, and you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you should follow the steps indicated to complete the purchase.
Once the purchase is completed, log back into Quick3DPlan with your login details, and you will see your subscription days reflected in the bottom left corner of the program.
NOTE: The subscription does not renew automatically; the user must manually complete the purchase process for the desired subscription period.

How does Quick3DPlan technical support work?

The purchase of Quick3DPlan includes technical support for the subscription period. Technical support is provided only via email: support@quick3dplan.com.

Can I use my Quick3DPlan on more than one computer?

It’s possible to run Quick3DPlan on different computers, but not simultaneously. When opening the program, you will be prompted for the username and password. If the program is already running on another computer with the same username and password, you will need to close it before opening it on the new computer.

Is Quick3DPlan Mac compatible?

Yes, there is a Mac version. When finishing the process of signing up, you will be shown a link to download the specific Mac OSX version of Quick3DPlan. Quick3DPlan is available in English and Spanish and includes two universal European catalogs, one in centimeters and one in millimeters. In addition, two catalogs in inches are available (Frame/Overlay or Frameless).

Does Quick3DPlan require to be connected to the Internet?

Yes, in order to run Quick3DPlan, it is necessary to be connected to the Internet. You can share your mobile Internet connection to use the program on any laptop wherever you are.

What units are used for designing in Quick3DPlan?

Yes you can install Quick3DPlan to design in inches, in centimeters or in millimeters.

Is the inches catalogue Overlay or Inset?

If the software is set up in inches, the available cabinetry is American type with the sides resting on the floor. In that case there are two options: with a frame and a sneaky door (Overlay) or without a frame (Full Access). If you design in centimeters or millimeters, the available cabinetry is European type.
